Description : The hotel Bonciani is located in a typical XVI century florentine palace, property of the Pitti Family. The building became a hotel in 1800 and, being in the heart of Florence, it soon become the favourite choice for travellers from all over the world. The hotel is in fact close to the congress centre, to Santa Maria Novella railway station and at few minutes from the cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. The hotel has a large hall, breakfst room, bar , tv, lift. Our sound-proof rooms are provided with private bathroom, telephone, satellite tv, minibar, air conditioning/central heating, safety-box and hairdyer. Between many historical and political men who have slept in our hotel, we could remember the famous General Giuseppe Garibaldi, who stayed in 1840 in one of our rooms.
