Ciopik's House was designed to make your stay a memorable one: in fact, in our establishment you will find a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere as well as the very best service, at the best rates Florence has to offer. POLICY ----------------------------------- -You can cancel or change your reservation until 48 hours before you arriving day. -To cancel a resevation insert your 'user ID & 'personal code we've sent you by e-mail. -If you don't come and you didin't cancel your reservation than your card will be charged. -Control allways if the validity of your card is ok. -We will charge all amount of your reservation and it is not refoundable.
